Tesco were looking to fill their very first in-house Head of Media to develop their multi million pound paid, owned and earned media strategy across the Tesco group. This was a brand new role for Tesco and is a fairly new yet growing job role we see emerging with larger consumer clients.

This was an exclusive search which allowed us to invest in a team of researchers, advertise across the market's best job boards, talk to our active network as well as source through recommendations. We focused on searching for very senior client side or ideally ex-media agency candidates.
After a few months of thorough searching and interview processes we were delighted that Tesco hired Nick Ashley, ex COO from Mindshare who started with the business in early 2017 and has already gone on and made a positive impact to their media strategy.
