Carter Murray have partnered with a leading, global, Bank which is seeking to appoint an Associate, Proposal Management to join their team in London.

The Associate, Proposal Management is responsible for delivering high quality, best-in-class written proposal submissions which reinforce and increase the success rate of the business development activities. The position will work as part of the Proposal Management team, providing solid technical writing expertise which accurately and positively position the clients capabilities versus its competitors, through proposals, RFPs and presentations for:

o new business opportunities with prospects;

o cross-sell opportunities with existing clients;

o client retention requirements, including due diligence requests;

o consultant education requirements.

The role involves working directly with the global Proposal Management team, broader Marketing team, Global Client Coverage team, product teams, and technology teams. Developing accurate, well-positioned narratives with consistent tone of voice and clear visual brand alignment across all client-facing content.

As part of the Global Marketing & Communications team, you will work closely with direct peers in Digital Development, Events, Client Insight and local Marketing teams, as well as stakeholders within Client Lines, Client Development and beyond.

This is a full mix marketing role and the ideal candidate will have;

  • BA or BSc in business or finance.
  • Sound knowledge of the financial services and securities industry.
  • Extensive experience in curating and delivering compelling and articulate written proposal submissions.
  • Demonstrated at conducting appropriate market and industry research and synthesising findings to support and enhance written arguments.
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
