This Business Development Manager role sits within a commercially astute law firm, with a strong international focus, serving a wide range of corporate, institutional, and private clients. The firm provides a proactive and efficient service for clients with international business through specialist groups, which serve continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific region as well as other locations across the globe.
This is a brand new role, and presents a fantastic opportunity for an individual to shape how Business Development is appreciated, within a friendly and open minded partner team. The day to day role will be responsibility for business development support for Dispute Resolution. This will include working with the lead partners on their client development plans, leading pitches, co-ordinating marketing support to increase profiles, as well as ensuring the firm's experience data is accurate.
Furthermore, you will be required to devise and implement tactical Business Development plans for the Dispute Resolution practice. You will drive strategic Business Development which fall in line with business goals. Identification of initiatives and campaigns to help grow the profile of the firm within selected markets will be a key responsibility in this role.
Previous experience within a similar Business Development Manager role with exposure to Dispute Resolution would be desirable, and help ensure that success is achieved within this role.
