Our global law firm is looking for a Client Development Assistant to join their Business Development and Marketing team to help assist in encompassing client development, communications, and online marketing initiatives. You will be part of an organisation that is dedicated to providing the highest calibre of service, where their mix of expertise and culture allows them to operate seamlessly across the world.
This unique role gives you the opportunity to report to two managers, one in events, the other in client development. As a result, this gives you excellent exposure within the company and gives you unparalleled experience to major client facing events and activities.
- Helping research client organisations, preparing and managing client reports, ensuring client data is up to date and easily accessible.
- Researching event venues, preparing proposals and following and managing budgets.
- Preparing event marketing media, both printed and digital, assisting the event manager and executives with logistical requirements.
- Conducting financial analysis and managerial information, to compile reports on clients and assist with presentation preparations.
The successful candidate will exhibit a can-do mindset, exceptional attention to detail, with an attitude and approach representative of that of the firm's values. Professional service history is not necessary but previous experience would be beneficial, however training on Microsoft and other legal packages is being offered to support career progression.
