NEW Client Feedback Manager with International Professional Services firm.
This is a new Client Feedback Manager role in an International Professional Services firm. You will take the lead and spear-head the Client Feedback programme which will focus and compliment the overall firm wide strategy around client care. You will build strong relationships across the International network with senior partners and Head of Clients located in the UK and global locations.
Successful candidates will have previous experience working in the professional services in a Client Feedback/client relationship role looking to take the lead in a new client feedback role. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
