Will be based in Hong Kong with Asia regional responsibility. This role will mainly be responsible for the development of strategic client plans and overseeing the day to day management of key accounts with an ongoing objective to improve client service, increase of revenue and maximise opportunities across offices and practice groups. Reporting into the global head of client relationship management, this person will specifically manage clients headquartered in China with a focus on client service delivery and expansion in China and outbound to other markets within the firm's network.
Experienced working in a professional services or financial services environment, preferably with three to four years' experience in key account management. Due to the market focus in China, this role requires excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills. Have high commercial acumen who always keeps abreast of business trends and market opportunities. An expert negotiator, problem solver with quick ability to resolve issues, and highly confident in engaging clients both internally and externally. Being a regional role, this person is expected to travel or work extended hours when needed.
