The role requires a mix of hands on execution and strategic thinking. It will work closely with the CMO and the wider marketing team as well as with technology teams to integrate CRM into the whole firm.
- Define customer insight strategies
- Drive planning for acquisition and retention of customers
- Perform hands on analysis of large data sets and provide key insights and recommendations for marketing initiatives
- Analyse all marketing campaigns
- Provide next best action analysis for complex sales funnels
- Produce a range of data and dashboards for senior management
- At least 3 years experience of working with major CRM technologies including data extraction and segmentation
- Experience with Big Data technologies
- Knowledge of CRM's role within marketing
- Ability to effectively segment customers based on a range of parameters
- Experience with a range of software including: SAS, Hadoop, Oracle, Impala, MS Dynamics, Sales Force etc
