This CRM (Systems) Manager role sits in an international law firm who have a fantastic reputation across private and commercial clients around the world. The CRM Systems Manager is an integral role for streamlining the firm's sales operations and implementing processes to manage existing clients and support the winning of new work.
The CRM (Systems) Manager will implement and roll out the new CRM system and lead on CRM system projects including a migration. You will focus on improving the data's quality and analysis in order to provide accurate reporting, cross selling and direct marketing activity.
You will work across the whole firm in a collaborative and coaching culture and be an integral member of the clients and markets team building relationships with everyone across the firm.
The successful candidate will have previous CRM and legal experience with exposure to Salesforce and MS Dynamics.
