I have a brilliant opportunity to join a leading European retail organisation in a newly created Customer Experience Executive role. The role is responsible for supporting 3 Customer Experience Managers and their projects. Projects will cover everything from facilities, services, products and digital innovations with the prime ambition of increasing visits, dwell time and spend.
I am keen to speak with candidates who are super organised and have excellent attention to detail. Ideally you will have some marketing or product management experience in retail or any other consumer-led businesses.
This is a 1 year FTC paying up to £40,000 depending on experience. The role is based at head office in central London.
