Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated and scalable engagement strategy, helping to drive digital transformation across the organisation
  • Lead end‐to‐end direction and execution of communications programmes that support and enhance our technology change agenda
  • Nurture relationships with all our relevant stakeholders, working closely with a wide range of teams and departments to understand their needs and facilitate the right messaging and content
  • Align with internal teams to craft messages that are fully consistent with the company objectives, the brand, and wider communications
  • Regularly explore the best ways to engage our audiences Grow and manage a team of digital engagement experts

Key Competencies:

  • Experience in digital communication and project management (ideally within a larger organisation )
  • A comprehensive understanding of delivering complex strategic campaigns, technology‐focused transformation programmes and digital experience activities
  • The ability to break down and communicate complex ideas and product features effectively
  • Experience with managing senior stakeholders, developing trusted relationships and working with colleagues across all types of teams Experience in the Financial Services sector (this is an advantage, but isn't required)

Experience and Skills:

  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a particularly good deal of experience in copywriting
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, with an ability to visually express key project details with minimal design team support (basic understanding of state‐of‐the‐art design software suites is preferred)
  • Proven experience in leading teams, having directly managed several people and contributed to their growth and improvement of output
  • High confidence in organisational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple assignments while sticking to the agreed timings
