A growing Australian and International fashion brand is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, to drive digital marketing channels and Ecommerce. This is a fast growing organisation with big plans for growth in Australia and internationally; they are looking for a digitally and Ecommerce focused person to head up the digital marketing team.
The successful candidate will be broadly responsible for the following:
- Define and implement the digital marketing strategy
- Improve and work with wider team to improve customer experience
- Build strategy to increase loyalty and generate leads
- Manage the Ecommerce budget and maintain the Shopify platform
- Manage the website and content calendar to drive traffic and improve user experience
- Be the champion for digital across the business working with senior stakeholders to drive the digital strategy
- Proven experience in implementing Customer Relationship Marketing strategy
- Launch a digital dashboard to report on crucial metrics regularly
- Produce and analyse the performance of email marketing campaigns
- Monthly insights and reporting to test and optimise performance
This role will suit a candidate who has proven experience in a Fashion, retail or Ecommerce background driving the performance of the online store across all digital channels. You will have a passion for the brand and really understand the tone of voice for the fashion industry.
