A leading global B2B financial services firm who are market leaders in the reinsurance and risk space are looking for an Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Professional to join their APAC firm wide Communications team.
The role will be responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of strategic employee communications initiatives to raise employee engagement and to drive cultural transformation across the region. There will also be an external focus to the role as it will drive employer branding initiatives to help position the business as an employer of choice to attract top talent. As a business partner to business heads across the region the role will be expected to work closely with senior leaders to get a strong understanding of their business needs and objectives. Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills will therefore be essential and the ability to influence and build relationships as a senior level.
To be successful in this role you must have a strong internal communications or employee engagement background from a large scale global organisation, ideally with experience in the financial services industry. As the role will have a strong content generation and development element to it, excellent (English) writing skills are essential and the ability to create raw content across a diverse range of topics and themes. Strong experience of managing digital channels is desired as the role will take ownership of developing and managing employee digital channels and a proven track record of managing and delivering projects across geographies will be needed.
