Key responsibilities

  • Work with Events Marketing Manager to run events and experiential activity in key cities
  • Work with the Local Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute integrated local and branded restaurant partner campaigns
  • Develop campaigns focusing on specific customer cohorts including the student population
  • Manage and align key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Brief creative assets and projects into agencies or our in-house studio
  • Build relationships and work cross functionally with internal department
  • Manage production and delivery of creative assets and content
  • Work closely with media planners to ensure content and media go hand-in-hand
  • Maintain local activation and branded restaurants marketing campaign planner
  • Produce status documentation to keep key stakeholders updated on marketing activities
  • Budgeting and finance
  • Campaign analysis and reporting
  • Organise and run events B2B and B2C
  • Maintaining brand guardianship and ensuring co-marketing activity is aligned to our guidelines

Required skills and experience

  • The ideal candidate will have a 2-3 years marketing experience and the following:
  • Experience in helping to create or run consumer events or experiential activity
  • Broad understanding of all channels in the marketing mix
  • Keen interest in customer buying behaviour and digital marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business and build strong working relationships
  • Strong written skills
  • Able to multi-task and coordinate cross functionally
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skill
  • Self-motivated and calm under pressure
  • Able to adapt to change and a desire to learn and progress
  • Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships
