Global Channel Director (m/f/d)
to developed a new Channel strategy to expand revenue with key distributors.
- Drive the company's distribution growth and strategy through the global channel partners
- Responsibility for the channels growth goal for certain product lines and leverage activities in new product launches, industry segment strategies, key channel accounts, and field collaboration activities
- Develop a strategic plan to optimize channel performance and channel business plans
- Advise the commercial teams on best practices and guidelines for direct vs. Indirect sales decisions based on the company's business model
- Drive the development and enhancement of global and regional KPI's, statistics, forecasts, reports on sales activity within the channels and monthly progress reports.
- Understand and leverage knowledge of competitor products, pricing, and discount structures.
- BS degree in Sciences, Engineering or Business, MBA
- Solid experience in direct/distribution sales and marketing
- Experience working with custom design (spec-in) and standard products through regional and global channels, track record of significant growth
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and sales data analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills with a talent for customer interaction at all levels
- Ability to plan, gain consensus and execute a project to successful completion with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Demonstrated success in matrixed, multi-site environments
- Fluent in German and English
