This global professional services organisation is looking to totally overhaul the way their clients interact with them and to re-imagine what first class client service really looks like. The are looking to asses every aspect of client interaction to ensure that the client experience is exactly as it should be. Yes, the satisfaction around work is important to look at but this role will take in and drive several vital projects relating to the client experience giving the role tremendous breadth, depth and variety. You'll work very closely with the CMO, the wider BD leadership team and the firm's global, management, highlighting the leading profile and global importance of the role.
This role is best suited to a senior marketing and business development professional with a strong, demonstrable track-record of enhancing client experience within a professional services, financial services or wider B2B setting. You'll be used to working with a range of organisations, including large, global organisations and have a clear passion and vision for what outstanding client experience means. As the role will be global, driving stakeholder engagement in a global, matrix organisation will be very handy, but the real key here is the desire to make the client experience delivered, the best it can be in a crowded marketplace where differentiation is key.
