I am presenting an outstanding opportunity to work within this FTSE 250 company and global leader in location based, family entertainment. My client are looking for a Head of Ecommerce to be accountable for both online trading performance and longer-term growth plans.
You will be responsible for the website performance, with a clear focus on driving conversion rates. To achieve this, you will manage and work closely with the talented marketing teams that include; Performance Marketing Manager, Ecommerce Optimisation Managers and the CRM team. Responsibility extends to optimising relevant content and tactically updating this content to achieve seasonal effectiveness. This highly commercial role will see you actively impact the yield management of a range of products in a strategic manner. You will also launch 'New Openings' from an ecommerce perspective - deliver pre-opening marketing plans.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have 10 years of ecommerce experience with at least 5 years management of an online business. You must have experience of growing traffic through paid, owned and earned digital media channels and optimising on-site content to maximise conversion from acquisition activity. You must also have a track record of developing SEO strategies (on-page & off-page). This role will demand a hands on & strategic approach and a rigour to effective reporting and communication with business stakeholders.
