I have an amazing opportunity for a CRM & loyalty expert to join a multi-million-pound UK retailer. This award-winning business is renowned for looking after its employees, with an expanse of access to benefits from flexible working, generous share schemes and pension plans as well as on-site access to gyms, subsidised catering and a car wash to name a few!

The business is committed to hiring top talent and people who share their culture of positivity, curiosity and bravery to challenge the status quo.

The purpose of the 6-month fixed term contract is to project manage the transition of a loyalty club from an external agency to internal teams. This will involve working with internal stakeholders to build the loyalty strategy going forwards, working with technical teams, loyalty/membership and CRM teams, marketing, commercial teams and legal teams.

Please apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice period (< 1 month). You will need experience of marketing, CRM and loyalty programmes. Exposure to commercial and trade when developing loyalty propositions will be very useful.

Please apply ASAP as the client would like to commence interviews from the end of August/early September.
