This is a strategic role in a rapidly expanding sector focused global law firm with offices in six continents and a reputation for excellence in the industries in which they operate.

You will have autonomy to really take ownership of, and bolster the marketing, media and communications strategy. You will be working with partners and senior stakeholders across various parts of the business, with a dual reporting line to Australia and the UK. This role will cover Australia and Asia - media relationships in these locations would be highly desirable.

Your responsibilities will include:

Brand Management: Development of the media relations and PR program across APAC, building social media presence and upskilling employees on best practice/engagement, directory advice alongside the BD function, strategic management of the website, digital advertising, third party platforms, e-newsletters and sponsorships. You will also act as the brand guardian ensuring consistency across the organisation.

Communications and Reputation Management: Ownership of all change communications, internal communications, the company intranet, crisis communications and media relations is managed effectively and safely. Ensure firmwide policies are updated and adhered to across the business.

Collaboration: Work closely and proactively with the APAC BD and Marketing team, bringing them together with the Global Communications team and wider global BD function.

This is a meaty and exciting role for a driven and talented marketing and communications professional comfortable working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple high performing, highly intelligent stakeholders. Ideally you will have a background working in a professional services firm and will understand the nuances of working in a partnership. You will be comfortable in a hybrid role getting hands on as well as developing the marketing & communications strategy.
