This Proposals and Client care Adviser role sits within the Manchester Bids and Pursuits team of this professional services firm. Providing advice and solutions to businesses, they take pride in understanding their clients' needs overcoming challenges and providing relevant and innovative way to improve results.
Sitting at an executive level the Proposals adviser will not only support the Pursuits & Opportunity Conversion Leads but also have the opportunity to coordinate the northwest client care programme giving a unique opportunity to not only win clients but ensure continued care.
- Developing a draft project plan that details all milestones within the Pursuits and Opportunity lifecycle ensuring it follows the firms "best practice" approach.
- Driving activity on the plan so all milestones are hit and taking lead on document production and printed materials.
- Promote best practice systems and procedures of Bids and Pursuits, and gathering feedback, internally and externally to make improvements.
- Assisting the Head of Regions North, supporting the organisation and project management of the client satisfaction programme which includes the arrangement of internal briefings and debriefs, creation of the research packs as well as the organisation of the actual client care meetings.
The Successful candidate will have experience working in a Bids and Pursuits team, with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise in a time-sensitive environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team but take responsibility and ownership of tasks would be beneficial in achieving success in this role.
