Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for the Asia Pacific region's marketing & sales function primarily designing and rolling out the right strategies to meet all agreed marketing and sales targets. With an overarching responsibility between these two important business units, this Head of is accountable for building and leading high performing marketing and sales teams who will put in place data intelligent and strategic initiatives for long term brand health and to achieve set business objectives.
Are a seasoned leader having at least 10 years of commercial management experience in a similar capacity; have proven track record in the aviation/airline industry with demonstrable skills to design and implement large-scale strategic marketing & sales programmes and initiatives; experienced in working in a matrix environment and managing a multi-channel sales organisation; have a deep understanding of the Asia market, are passionate about the aviation industry, customer focused and a natural leader; on top of all this, you need to be a reliable, innovative, data-driven decision maker.
