The role is a newly created growth role within the local business to implement new marketing strategy and take responsibility for 360 marketing from strategy through to execution. This is an individual contributor role, independently responsible for all local marketing, and will be part of the business development team. The nature of the business and its clients requires a very targeted client-specific marketing approach, which is data and research-led.
To be successful in this role you must have a solid marketing background from the insurance or reinsurance industry, or within a professional firm serving insurance firm clients. Strong business acumen is essential as the role will work closely with sales and have a client-facing element to it. Experience in delivering events and integrated marketing strategy is essential as this person will independently deliver all marketing activities.
This is a rare role for an experienced marketer to take ownership of implementing new marketing processes, in a highly well-regarded business and brand.
Fluency in Cantonese is required.
